1. Use of the App
prepSync is provided for personal, non‑commercial use. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its operation, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
2. Disclaimer
prepSync is intended as a convenience tool for managing cooking timers and meal planning. While we aim for accuracy, we do not warrant that timings or features will be error‑free or uninterrupted. Always use your own judgment and follow safe cooking practices and official food safety guidance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to your use of the app.
3. Intellectual Property
All rights in the app—including design, code, and branding—belong to the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
4. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates will be posted within the app or on this page. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
5. Subscription Terms
These terms apply to all subscriptions purchased within prepSync. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
prepSync Pro unlocks access to folders and unlimited saved meals.
Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policy.
We may update subscription prices or included features. You’ll be notified of any price changes before renewal, and you can cancel if you do not agree with the new terms.
